When a chargeback is opened by your bank, our system reacts automatically to protect both sides.
What happens
- The account is temporarily suspended while the bank investigates.
- Any content tied to the disputed transaction is locked.
- If the chargeback is reversed in your favor, access is restored automatically.
- If it's not reversed, the disputed content stays locked permanently.
Tip: If you opened a chargeback by mistake (or your bank did it automatically), ask your bank to withdraw it before opening a new case with us.
