A bank chargeback is a strong tool, but it's slower and harsher than asking us for a refund.
Try this first
- Use the in-app refund flow under Purchase history → Request refund.
- If you can't see the transaction, open a billing case with the transaction ID.
- If you suspect your account was compromised, lock it from Security → Active sessions.
Tip: Chargebacks automatically suspend the account until the dispute is resolved. You may lose access to your library for weeks.
