If a code returns "already redeemed," it was used either by you (earlier) or by someone with access to the code before you got it.
Steps
- Check your library and transaction history — you may already own the content.
- If the code came from a retailer, contact the retailer with your receipt.
- If you bought a physical card and the code was scratched off when you received it, photograph the card and open a support case.
Tip: Buy gift cards and codes only from authorized resellers. Codes bought on auction sites are the most common source of "already used" errors.
