How to redeem a digital game or DLC code

Most codes look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Redeem them on web or directly on your platform.

Steps

1. Open Account → Redeem a code on imlab.com or the launcher.
2. Type the code exactly — letters are case-insensitive but dashes matter.
3. Confirm the title or content you're claiming.
4. Start the install from your library.

Tip: If a code is mistyped three times in a row, your account is briefly rate-limited. Wait 10 minutes before trying again.
