If you see an in-game purchase you didn't make, treat it as a possible account compromise.
Steps
- Change your password and review active sessions.
- Open Purchase history and note the transaction IDs of disputed items.
- Open a support case under Billing → Dispute a purchase with those IDs.
- Don't issue a bank chargeback before we respond — it suspends the account automatically.
Tip: Family members (especially kids) account for most "unauthorized" purchases. Check spending controls before disputing.
