Common causes
- Card declined for unusual activity — confirm the charge with your bank.
- Region mismatch between your account and the payment method.
- Wallet temporarily frozen after multiple failed attempts.
- Game-side delivery timeout — currency arrives later or is refunded automatically.
Tip: If money left your bank but the items didn't arrive within 24 hours, open a support case with the transaction ID.
