Troubleshooting cross-play not working

Cross-play depends on the game, your platforms, and a couple of toggles. Most issues are fixed in a minute.

Try this

1. Confirm the game itself supports cross-play between your platforms.
2. Open the game's settings and enable Cross-play.
3. In Linked accounts, make sure both platforms show as linked and verified.
4. Sign out and back in on the platform that's not connecting.

Tip: If only voice chat fails, the issue is usually privacy settings on one of the platforms, not cross-play itself.
