Stick drift is when the analog stick reports movement even when you're not touching it. It can be hardware or just dust.
Try first
- Blow compressed air around the base of the stick.
- Recalibrate the sticks in the Gear app.
- Adjust the deadzone in your most-played game.
- If drift persists, open an RMA — sticks are a common warranty repair.
Tip: Record a short video showing the drift on a calibration screen — it's the best evidence for an RMA.
