If the Gear app doesn't see your device, it's almost always a driver, USB, or background-conflict issue.
Try this
- Restart the Gear background service from system tray.
- Unplug and replug the device in a back-panel USB port.
- Close other RGB apps (Razer Synapse, Corsair iCUE) — they can grab the USB device first.
- Reinstall the Gear app if all else fails.
Tip: Only run one RGB app at a time. They fight over the same hardware.
