Quick fixes for muddy or distorted stream audio

Audio sounding bad on stream while sounding fine in headphones almost always points to encoder or routing issues.

Check this

1. Your audio bitrate is at least 160 kbps for stereo streams.
2. You're not picking up the headset speakers through the mic.
3. No duplicate noise suppression is running (only one app should do it).
4. Sample rate matches across all sources (48 kHz is the safe default).

Tip: Listen to your own VODs occasionally — your live monitor doesn't tell you what viewers actually hear.
