Pick the resolution and bitrate that match your upload bandwidth and the platform you stream to.

Starting points

• 1080p60: 6,000 kbps bitrate works on most ISPs and platforms.
• 1440p60: 9,000–12,000 kbps; check that your upload supports it.
• Recording (local): 25,000+ kbps for editing quality.

Tip: Run a speed test, then aim for half your upload bandwidth as your max stream bitrate.
