Redeeming codes and gift cards

Codes and gift cards are redeemed the same way: from the redemption page in your account, the launcher, or your console.

Quick rules

• Codes are single-use; once redeemed, they can't be transferred.
• Gift card balance lands in your IM Lab wallet, separate from your card on file.
• Codes and cards have region restrictions printed on the receipt or card back.

Tip: Take a photo of the back of physical gift cards before scratching — that helps us recover lost codes.
