Getting started with your IM Lab account

Your IM Lab account is the single sign-in for games, purchases, accessories, and community features. This short guide walks you through the first things to set up.

Set up in three steps

1. Create your account with a unique gamertag and a strong, dedicated password.
2. Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) and save your backup codes.
3. Add a recovery email and phone number you actually control.

Tip: Never reuse a password from another service. A compromised forum password is the most common way gaming accounts get hijacked.
