You can request a refund yourself from your purchase history; you don't need to start a support case for most cases.
Steps
- Open Account → Purchase history.
- Find the transaction and choose Request refund.
- Pick a reason from the list.
- Submit. You'll get an email within a few minutes with the decision or a request for more info.
Tip: Refunds go back to the original payment method by default. Wallet refunds are available if you prefer faster turnaround.
